2. What this website is for
The site explains pre-settlement funding and lets you ask us to evaluate your case. Nothing on the site is an offer of funding, a commitment to fund, or a promise about how much you may receive. Any funding is subject to our review of your case and is governed only by a written funding agreement signed by you and your attorney.
3. Not legal, financial or tax advice
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. The information on this site is general and may not apply to your situation. Decisions about your case, including whether to accept funding, should be made with your attorney. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship with anyone.
4. Eligibility
To ask for funding you must be at least 18 years old, have a filed lawsuit or a claim your attorney is about to file, and have an attorney representing you on a contingency basis. Funding is not available in every state or for every type of case, and terms vary by state.
5. Your inquiry
When you submit an inquiry you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are the person it describes, or that you are authorised to act for that person. You agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text about your inquiry. You also agree that, with your permission, we may contact your attorney, and where you have already received funding on the same case, the existing funding company, to evaluate your request. We do not run a credit check.
6. The funding agreement controls
If we offer funding, the amount advanced, the fee, repayment and every other term will be set out in a written funding agreement. That agreement, and only that agreement, governs the funding. Where anything on this site differs from the agreement, the agreement applies.
7. Using the site
You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not submit false information, interfere with the site, copy its content for commercial use, or use it in any way that breaks the law. The text, design and images on the site belong to us or our licensors.
8. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always online. We may change the site, these terms or our services at any time. The version of these terms published on the site is the one that applies.
9. Limitation of liability
