1. What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we ask for your full name, phone number, email address, the type of case, your attorney's name and phone number if you choose to give them, and a brief description of your case. If you call us, we collect what you tell us on the call. If we go on to evaluate your case, your attorney may send us documents such as the complaint, incident or police reports, medical records and insurance information.

Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. We use standard analytics and advertising measurement tools, which may set cookies, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether we can fund your case, to prepare and manage a funding agreement, to communicate with you about your request, and to run and improve this website. We do not run a credit check and we do not use your information to make decisions about your credit.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to handle your request:

• Your attorney and their office, so we can confirm the case, request documents and arrange the funding agreement. We contact your attorney only after you give us permission.
• An existing funding company, if you have already received funding on the same case, so we can confirm what has been advanced and work out what is possible.
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as phone, email, document signing and website hosting providers. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Courts, regulators or law enforcement where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to enforce a funding agreement or protect our rights.

4. Phone, text and email

By submitting an inquiry you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, text message or email at the details you provide. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling the specialist, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and evaluate your case. If you are funded, we keep the records of the funding for as long as the agreement is in force and afterwards for as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your inquiry and we have not funded you, we will do so unless we have a legal reason to keep it.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the limits above. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. 8. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Claims involving a minor are handled through the minor's parent, guardian or attorney.
